The personalized check-in experience was impressive, making arrival seamless and welcoming.
While the complimentary breakfast had variety, the quality of the sausage was disappointing, suggesting a need for better options.

Modern design features with clean lines and a fresh atmosphere. Thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles of water and popcorn upon arrival add a personal flair.
No pool available, which is a letdown for those wanting a swim after a long day. Rooms feel a bit cramped, lacking a living room area, and the absence of microwaves is a missed opportunity for convenience. Breakfast items, particularly the sausage, fall short in quality, overshadowing what could be a solid meal to start the day. Wi-Fi connection is unreliable, further complicating the experience during the stay.

Staff at the Sales & Catering department need better training for professionalism!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues caused frustration!!! A challenging entrance during rush hour would be a dealbreaker for many!!! The absence of a swimming pool is disappointing!!!

The room was impeccably clean and appointed with high-quality toiletries that added a nice touch to the experience. Bottles of water and popcorn welcomed us upon arrival, making it feel more personalized. Unfortunately, accessing the property during peak hours was quite challenging, and it would have been better if there were more options for breakfast, especially since the breakfast spread was rather limited. Some attention to wireless connectivity issues would enhance the stay.

Convenient location with great breakfast options
I enjoyed how close this place is to attractions in both North Augusta and Augusta, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was a standout, offering a variety from cereal to omelets, which I particularly appreciated. However, getting access to the property during rush hour was a bit tricky, as you need to switch to the left lane quickly. It would be great if they provided a microwave in the room, but overall, I'd be happy to stay here again.

I had a fantastic one-night stay. The breakfast spread was great, offering everything from cereals to omelets, which I loved. The room was beautifully designed, just like in the photos—very elegant and cozy. However, accessing the hotel from Interstate 20W was a bit tricky during rush hour.
